Before RUBEN had a single user it had a desk, a supercomputer and people who picked up the phone. BSC Lisbon gave us free office space, access to MareNostrum 5 GPU hours, a seat at their conferences and events, and hands-on support when our LLM training runs broke at three in the morning.
